A PCB is a printed circuit board, that is used in your steam station to build electronic connections.

This replacement PCB serves two purposes in the construction of your steam station; it is a place to mount the components and it provides the means of electrical connection between the components. If your steam station has just completely stopped working with only the lights on inside and very little else, then the chances are it is the PCB that is at fault.
