Although your Kenwood Food Processor's Bowl can be used as a weighing tool, it may be necessary to weigh out the correct amount of an ingredient before using it.

This genuine Kenwood Weighing Tray is removable, making it ideal for carrying out measurements of ingredients before they enter the mixture inside your bowl, and become inseperable from the mixture. It is clear how an incorrect or faulty weighing instrument could reduce the quality of your food - by forcing the chef to guess at measurements or by throwing off ratios and quantities. Use these Kenwood Scales to restore your accurate knowledge of how much food you are using.

To use, place the tray on top of the power unit. Then follow steps 2 to 5 under ‘to use the weighing function’. To remove, just lift the tray off.
