If your appliance door is no longer locking, then you may have a fault with the door interlock. With this great replacement you can help the door lock again and complete that pile of laundry. If the interlock on your washing machine is faulty, it will prevent your washing machine from working. The interlock plays an important role on your appliance, as it is designed to give a time delay of about 2 minutes, from the end of the wash/dry cycle, before you can then open the door – an important safety feature.
