Kenwood Dough Tool

The Knife Blade is unsuitable for yeasted mixes, and may produce coarser doughs than are desired. If a smooth, even mix is necessary for an elastic-feeling dough, the Dough Tool is the ideal tool.

Using the wrong tool can produce incorrect results as well as potentially damaging your processor's attachments and drive system if the resistance that meets the processor is incorrect.

To use the Dough Tool:
Dough tool Yeasted mixes 6 – 8 1.3Kg/2lb 12oz total weight, 650g/1lb 8oz flour weight,

1. Place the dry ingredients in the bowl and add the liquid down the feed tube
whilst the machine is running. Process until a smooth elastic ball of dough is
formed this will take 45 - 60 secs.
2. Re-knead by hand only. Re-kneading in the bowl is not recommended as it
may cause the processor to become unstable
