Kenwood Main Knife Blade

Replace a dulled or broken blade system with this Kenwood Main Knife Blade Assembly, to keep your Processor performing at a professional standard.

The knife blade is the most versatile of all the Processor's attachments, and can be used to make cake mix, pastry (rubbing fat into flour), and for chopping/pureeing/patees, as well as soups (when used with the maxi blend canopy).

Before addition, cut food such as meat, bread, vegetables into cubes approximately 2cm/3/4in before processing. Always hold the knife blade by the finger grip.

The length of the processing time will determine the texture achieved. For coarser textures use the pulse control.

Suitable for select Kenwood Processor models.
