This Julienne Cutter Disc is an ideal replacement when your original julienne cutter needs to be replaced!

Once fitted to your food processor, this cutting disc will slice potatoes, carrots, zucchini, and other firm fruits and vegetables into 2mm x 2mm julienne sticks. It sits on top of the bowl rather than in it and you simply put your food through the feed tube on the lid and it hits the Julienne Cutter Disc first, which cuts it, before falling into the bowl of the food processor.

Julienne discs are also great for French fries, strips or batons of potato, carrot, celery, beetroot, etc.
