HEPA (High Efficient Particle Arrester) filters trap very small dust particles, so they are better for homes with allergy sufferers.

The High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) vacuum filter helps prevent asthma and other problems you may experience with allergies while vacuuming. It is a micrometer filter equipped to pull up soot, pollen and most dust particles. Capable of removing 99.995% of all air particles from the size of 0.3 microns, this uses special-size fibres and an electrostatic field.

A fully functioning Hepa Post Filter will get rid of all pathogens, allergens and particles that cause asthma, making it an ideal addition to vacuums that are used by individuals who are allergic or asthmatic.

To ensure the performance of your cleaner, we recommend that you wash this HEPA filter each time the dust container is emptied. Filters should be replaced at least twice a year or when they become visibly soiled.
