Delonghi Condenser

Your Dehumidifier works by drawing in the air from the room which passes over a filter and then over cold coils. As the coils cool, the water condenses and drips into the water bucket within the unit, the air is then reheated to room temperature and blown back out.

If the compressor is running but the Condenser is cool, then the Condenser may have developed a refrigerant leak and will need replacing.
